Sometimes Theodore just marvels at things. I almost never find the time to marvel, but when you're not even two years old, marveling is a regular part of every day. Anything with lights - in this instance, a light up painters pallette with a glowing blue light - or anything with music, or anything that tastes good, or feels nice, or brings joy, or doesn't feel nice but at least feels new... These are the things he seeks out from the moment he wakes up to the moment he falls asleep. Brilliant.
